Search properties

The search properties pane is used to fine tune how your content appears in searches results from Apple Help Viewer. The search properties pane is hidden by default; to show it choose View > Search Properties ( ⌘ 0).

You can provide the following properties for each page to help find it in the help viewer:

The page search title is shown in bold for each search result. The default search title is the name of your page as defined in the page structure pane, but you can change it if you want something different displayed in search results.
The page abstract is shown under the page title in the search results, and helps the user determine whether the content is what they are looking for
Keywords are additional search terms that can be used to find your page. Please note that you do not need to include keywords for terms that are included in your content, since the content is fully indexed

Title, abstract and keywords are localization specific; if your project contains multiple localizations you should provide values for each localization.
